We accept Returns on all items (except personalised bags) within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. You must notify us of your return and post the item back to us within 14 days of the date you recieved the item.
Please note that we are not able to refund postage costs, only the original purchase price of the item. We are also not able to pay for return postage, and so it will be the Buyers responsibility to arrange return and pay the postage for this.

Items which go over the 14-day returns policy will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Items must be returned to us in the condition you received them in, items with marks stains or faults are not able to be refunded unless you have specifically notified us of any such issues upon you receiving your items.
