All items bought through www.buildabundle.co.uk are eligible for return and refund within 14 days from the original date of receipt by post, or collection date if local collection. The customer is responsible for paying return postage to us for items which are not wanted.
To arrange a return please email us at info@buildabundle.co.uk with your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return (i.e. faulty, wrong size, not liked). Items must be returned to us either in person or by post before a refund will be processed. Items must be returned to us in the same condition they were sent out in.
Return/refund requests AFTER 14 days from the original date of receipt by post or collection date will not be accepted, so please ensure you are happy with your items before this.
