For those that are new to the Buildabundle family, I thought we would give some background on how we got here!
Buildabundle was created by Anna and Nat back in 2018, two eco-conscious mums who identified the demand for quality preloved kids’ clothes. They had incredible success, but like many other businesses post-Covid, things got tough as costs increased and sales decreased.
When they announced Buildabundle was closing in September last year, I was shocked, and my very first thought was that I couldn’t allow it to disappear. I had been friends with Anna and Nat for a few years, as my own preloved kids’ clothing business had started and grown alongside Buildabundle. I had always loved the brand and everything Anna and Nat had achieved, so I asked if they would be open to selling it to me. To my absolute delight, they immediately said yes! 🥰
After a few hectic weeks, we hired a van and went on a road trip to the Lake District to bring Buildabundle back to Devon!
It has continued to be mad and hectic, running two businesses alongside each other, but I love it! I’m so proud that we’ve been able to keep the brand going and continue the fantastic work that Anna and Nat started.
We couldn’t have done this without you, our loyal Buildabundle customers, and we’re so grateful for your continued support. Over the next few days I will introduce myself properly, as I’m aware I haven’t done that in a while and also introduce you to the Buildabundle team.
